Delaware Designated Driver is currently operating in 
New Castle County, Delaware.   
VOLUNTEERS DRIVE YOU HOME
IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE
FRI & SAT 10pm - 2am 

IT’S FREE !

  • Volunteers work in teams of two. 

  • One volunteer will drive you home in your own vehicle. 

  • The second volunteer follows behind. 

  • Service based on volunteer community support. 

  • Volunteers do not provide rides to bars or restaurants. 

  • Confidential - First name basis only.Volunteer gratuities accepted.

Delaware Designated Driver Inc is an insured nonprofit organization. 

The largest percent of impaired drivers did not expect to need a designated driver in advance (NHTSA) 

45% of alcohol - related fatalities and injuries occur on Friday and Saturday (Delaware Office of Highway Safety)
